Starting point of this training course is an answer for the questions which are asking by the organizations who are working on cultural events. The subjects of the TC are principles and aims of the intercultural learning activities. During the project we are going to aim to intercultural learning and team building with different cultural backgrounds. By the project partners come together, share their experiences and work on case studies.
The aim of the project is to increase the level of quality in youth projects by improving the cultural aspect.
