Mission Possible

Description:

There are many projects, but not all of them are successful. There are many projects, but not all of them reach their aims, not all of them have an impact, not all of them have a follow up. There are no “easy” solutions for problems mentioned above, but some basic, general rules of project management can help you a lot while planning, implementing and evaluating your projects. We want to give you specific tools that will help you to put your plans and dreams into reality. Moreover many of the projects organised in European Union have their intercultural dimension. How to facilitate the process of intercultural learning? What to take into consideration while managing international project?
